Fraser Dining Hall

Fraser Dining Hall is a newly remodeled, state-of-the-art dining facility located on the first floor of the Lassiter Student Center. Fraser Dining Hall features nine unique concepts incorporating Florida-fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables, favorites from the grill and deli, as well as freshly rolled sushi and delectable desserts. Fraser Dining Hall's True Balance station is an allergen-zone kitchen with menus created and prepared by our chef and registered dietitian. All menu items at this station are made without the top 9 most common food allergens in the United States. (Peanuts, Eggs, Fish, Soybean, Treenuts, Wheat, Milk, Shellfish, Sesame)
